Starters

  • Smoked salmon with king prawns Served on a bed of lettuce with a horseradish cream & a lime vinaigrette
  • Soup of the day Served with freshly baked crusty bread
  • Garlic mushrooms (v) Button mushrooms sautéed in a garlic butter, served with freshly baked crusty bread
  • Bruschetta (v) Bruschetta topped with finely diced onion & tomato garnished with parsley

Main course

  • Minted Lamb Pan fried minted lamb rump on a bed of garlic roasted potatoes, served with seasonal vegetables and a port & redcurrant reduction
  • Fresh & zesty tiger prawn tagliatelle Succulent tiger prawns and tagliatelle tossed in a arrabiata tomato sauce, dressed with lemon zest and fresh parsley
  •  Crispy tofu & mango fried rice (v)  Seasoned battered tofu served with mango rice and homemade chilli jam
  •  Three Blackbirds traditional roast Choose from either topside of beef, roast leg of pork or chicken breast. All served with roast potatoes, Yorkshire puddings and seasonal vegetables

Desserts

  • Chocolate Tart Chocolate tart served with salted caramel ice-cream
  •  Zesty lemon meringue sundae Layers of vanilla ice-cream, meringue and cream swirled with a special lemon sauce
  •  Fully loaded chocolate sundae Layers of vanilla ice-cream, chocolate ice-cream, fresh cream filled profiteroles, chocolate sauce and marshmallow pieces. Add £1.50 additional supplement
  •  Apple Tart Warm individual apple tart served with your choice of vanilla ice-cream, custard or fresh cream
